A: Sometimes the automated e-mail from our online store gets mis-labeled as spam. Please check your Junk E-mail folder and add these e-mail addresses to your safe senders list:


PST FINDER
Q: What are the limitations of the trial version of PST Finder?
A: The trial version is limited to scanning only 10 computers in your current domain.

Q: How long is the trial?
A: 30 days.

Q: The application is telling me that I need a valid serial number. Where can I find this?
A: You should have received a separate e-mail containing the serial number after you used our online store to order a trial or full version license. You may need to check your Junk Mail folder for an e-mail from PSTSupport@fortisware.com.

Q: I am having trouble with my license. I entered my serial number and it worked fine before, but now the application is telling me that it's invalid. What happened?
A: The serial number will only work on the first workstation where you installed PST Finder. If you try to install the application on another computer and use the same serial number, it will not work. This can also happen if you recently made a hardware change to your workstation, which would affect our license validation process. Please contact us via the Contact Us page on our site and our support staff will help you get things working again.
